Scope of This Policy. References in this Policy to "cookies" should be read as including all the technologies described in Section 1.4, since they raise the same privacy considerations and are subject to the same consent requirements under applicable law.

Completeness. We endeavour to keep this inventory accurate and complete. Third-party providers may from time to time introduce, rename, or retire cookies without notice to us. If you identify a cookie in use on the Website that is not listed here, please contact us using the details in Section 9 and we will investigate and update this Policy.

Verification. You can inspect the cookies actually set on your device at any time through your browser's developer tools, typically under the "Application," "Storage," or "Privacy" panel.

Linkage to Consent. The analytics and advertising entries in this inventory — the Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga and _ga_<container ID>) and the Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp and fr) — are linked to your cookie consent choice. The corresponding scripts are not loaded, and no such cookies are set, unless you accept cookies through our consent banner. If you decline, or later withdraw your acceptance using the "Manage cookie preferences" control on this page, the tracking scripts are switched off and any of these cookies already stored on your device are deleted.

Categories of Provider. When Consent Is Required. Where required by applicable law — including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with equivalent rules — we place no cookie other than a strictly necessary cookie until you have given your consent.

How Consent Is Obtained. On your first visit, a cookie consent banner is displayed. No non-essential cookie is set while the banner is pending your decision.

Granular Choice. Consent is not bundled. You may accept or reject each non-essential category independently — analytics, advertising, and functional — through the banner's preference controls.

Rejection Is as Easy as Acceptance. The banner provides a "Reject All" control presented with equal prominence to the "Accept All" control, at the same level, in the same visual weight, and requiring no additional clicks. Cookie Preference Control. You may review and change your cookie choices at any time through the cookie preference control accessible from the Website, ordinarily linked in the footer.

Withdrawal. Withdrawing consent is as straightforward as giving it. Upon withdrawal, we cease setting the relevant cookies and instruct the relevant providers accordingly. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, nor does it delete data already collected and held by a third-party provider — to have such data deleted, you must contact that provider directly.

Browser Controls. All major browsers allow you to view, block, and delete cookies, and to block third-party cookies specifically. These controls are ordinarily found under Settings, in a section named "Privacy," "Privacy and Security," or "Site Settings." Browser controls operate at the device and browser level, so your choices must be repeated on each browser and device you use.

Deleting Cookies. Deleting your cookies will also delete your recorded consent preference, and the consent banner will be shown again on your next visit.

Global Privacy Control. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where your browser or extension transmits a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid instruction to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, in every jurisdiction where applicable law gives that signal effect.

Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" headers, as no uniform industry or legal standard has been established for their interpretation. We will review this position should such a standard be adopted.

Platform-Level Opt-Outs. In addition to the controls above, you may be able to opt out of interest-based advertising directly through the settings of the relevant advertising or social media platform, or through industry opt-out mechanisms operated by advertising self-regulatory bodies in your region.

Legal Framework. Our use of cookies is governed by the EU ePrivacy Directive as implemented in national law, the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation in respect of any resulting personal data, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.

Data Protection Rights. Where cookies result in the processing of your personal data, the rights described in Section 10 (EU and UK) and Section 11 (United States) of our Privacy Policy apply in full — including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Retention. Data collected through cookies is retained in accordance with the schedule in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy, and in no case longer than the retention period stated for the relevant cookie in Section 3 above.

No Automated Decision-Making. We do not use cookie data to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

Children. We do not knowingly use cookies to collect data from any person under sixteen (16) years of age, consistent with Section 3.15 of our Privacy Policy.

Right to Amend. We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use, in applicable law, or in regulatory guidance.

Notification. The updated Policy will be published on the Website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where a change materially expands the categories of cookies used or the purposes for which data is collected, we will seek fresh consent rather than relying on consent previously given.

Language. This Cookie Policy is drafted in the English language. Any translation is provided for convenience only. IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISCREPANCY, INCONSISTENCY, OR CONFLICT BETWEEN THE ENGLISH VERSION AND ANY TRANSLATION, THE ENGLISH VERSION SHALL PREVAIL.

Precedence. This Cookie Policy forms part of our Privacy Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service. On matters concerning cookies and similar technologies, this Policy prevails. On all other matters concerning personal data, the Privacy Policy prevails. On all remaining matters, including governing law and dispute resolution, the Terms of Service prevail.
